I have found that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach in therapy. Rather, the client’s distinctive needs and story offers an integral guide throughout the process and across all types of services offered.

The therapy is built around you
I practise using an integrated orientation, and construct the focus around the person in front of me and the story they bring.
What kind of therapy is this?
The modalities I draw on include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative and Systems therapies. I additionally practise Brain Working Recursive Therapy.
Is it for me, my child, or us?
I see adolescents and adults individually, and couples and families together. Children are seen through play therapy, where play is how they process what they cannot yet put into words.
Where are you, and when do you see people?
My practice is at 8 Moray Drive, Bryanston, Johannesburg. I am available on weekdays. Phone me to arrange a time.
What does it cost, and does medical aid cover it?
I charge medical aid rates and can claim directly from your medical aid on your behalf. Cash and EFT payments are payable on the day of the session. Phone me for the rate.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Sessions cancelled later than that are still charged for.
